When a section of I-95 collapsed in Philadelphia in June 2023, Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) led the effort to rebuild in record time and with union labor. Gov. Shapiro and Semafor's Jordan Weissmann will discuss how building, rebuilding, and repairing infrastructure with good union jobs invests in communities’ health, safety, and economic futures.
